Oh my, where to begin. Oh yeah, do not stay here under any circumstances. First, I tried to pay w/my credit card upon check in that I was using everywhere on my trip in India. Wouldn't work w/their hand held machine. Front desk clerk/manager said no problem, you can pay when you check out. Got into my room-no mini-fridge as clearly listed in their posting-it's why I booked this place. Called the front desk-he said, no, we don't have any mini-fridges. I said I need ice so they had the restaurant staff bring a bucket up (and naturally they never said they would charge for it yet there it was on the final bill). Further the sink & shower water is not hot-you have to call the front desk at least 30 mins. in advance to get hot water. Ridiculous-this is not some small mom & pop place-it's part of a regional chain of hotels. Additionally, the wifi was terrible. Barely a few mbps. Unacceptable. To top it off, when I went to check out at 6 am in order to get my taxi to the airport on time their credit card machine was still not working even though over the prior few days I used my card many times in India with no issue. My bill was about $100 US total but I only had about $60 US in rupees + enough for my taxi. I couldn't wait for the staffer on night shift duty to solve the problem so I just gave him those $60 in rupees & got in my taxi. Over the next couple of weeks that front desk clerk/manager who checked me in kept badgering me by e-mail/text saying he was going to get fired over the difference (regardless-now that I had left, how was I going to pay him/them? AND the credit card machine was not actually his fault-it was the fault of ownership) so I screenshot his message/threats & e-mailed them to their corporate office. In closing, utterly unprofessional on every level.

Staff were great especially Varun in Concierge who was brilliant at organising our day trips 🙌, food was excellent , fantastic room clean and comfortable and security guard kalu lal is very considerate & helpful. Highly recommended this hotel We are tourist from UK

The room was not clean. Stains on the bed sheets and towels.there’s how water only when you ask for it and they didn’t tell us that in the check in so I only realised it when already in the shower. Worst of all is that they somehow placed a review in my name on Booking.com giving themselves a 10/10 and saying that my experience was “amazing”. It was far from it.

Very Nice Hospitality manager(Manoj Sharma) and Staff friendly(in Reception) near bus stand very nice Rooms and nice restaurant Good Food next door to reception and nice bar to see sports match good price free wifi and free city travel information for inside the city tour. We had a great stay there.

Good hotel with good staff who manages the service. Food is also good. Rooms and other facilities were good and met my expectations. Special mention Mr. Ojha who has been very helpful. Entire team is very polite and well mannered. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks to the hotel team!
